1. Overview of Services
TEXTILE TRAINING INSTITUTE provides professional textile training, including but not limited to fabric designing, Jacquard/Dobby loom file conversion tutorials, and technical textile education. These services are provided via Online Classes / Pre-recorded Video Modules.
2. Delivery & Fulfillment Policy Online Access: Upon successful payment, login credentials and access to course materials will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours.
Offline/Live Classes: Seat confirmation will be emailed within 24 hours of payment. Classes will commence on the scheduled batch start date mentioned on the course page.
Shipping: Since our services are educational and digital in nature, no physical shipping is involved unless explicitly stated (e.g., for physical study kits).
3. Payment Terms
Pricing: All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees).
Authorization: By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your order in full.
Secure Transactions: We use third-party payment gateways to process payments securely. We do not store your credit/debit card details on our servers.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy (Meta Requirement)
Strict No-Refund Policy After Course Start: Once the course or batch has commenced, or once course materials/login details have been accessed, fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation Before Start: If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. In such cases, a refund may be processed after deducting a processing fee of [e.g., 12% or ₹2000].
Duplicate Payments: If a payment is deducted twice due to technical error, the extra amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days upon verification.
5. Intellectual Property
Copyright: All training content, including videos, design files, PDF notes, and software tutorials, are the intellectual property of TEXTILE TRAINING INSTITUTE.
License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the content for personal educational purposes only.
Prohibited Use: You may not record, reproduce, resell, or share your login credentials with others. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund and legal action.
6. Student Code of Conduct
Students must maintain professional behavior during live sessions and in community forums.
Harassment, hate speech, or sharing of illegal content is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate expulsion.
7. Limitation of Liability
Educational Outcomes: Our courses are for educational purposes only. While we provide industry-standard training, we do not guarantee specific employment, job placement, or business profits upon completion.
Platform Availability: We are not liable for temporary technical downtimes or internet issues on the user's end.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
